Our sausages come from free-range pigs at Anna’s Happy Trotters Farm, ensuring top quality and ethical sourcing. Dine in comfort in our air-conditioned dining room, or relax in our cosy bar with a cold beer, glass of wine, or one of our handcrafted cocktails.

Meet the sausages

Italian-inspired pork sausage seasoned with fennel seed, garlic and cracked black pepper, gently warmed with smoked paprika and cayenne, finished with fresh coriander, oregano and basil, and rounded off with a splash of white wine.

Named after the Welsh emblem, this leek-forward pork sausage is seasoned with cracked black pepper and marjoram, with chillies providing a subtle, slow-building heat beneath the surface.
